For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, arionpl ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") is the Personal Information Controller in respect of personal data collected through the arionpl Platform at arionpl.app.
arionpl operates the Platform under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) can be contacted at the details provided in Section 13 of this Policy.
arionpl collects personal data from Players and Platform visitors through the following channels: account registration forms, KYC verification processes, payment transaction records, game activity logs, customer support interactions, and automated technical data collection through cookies and server logs.

arionpl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help arionpl maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze Platform usage.
The types of cookies used by arionpl include: strictly necessary cookies (required for the Platform to function, including session authentication — these cannot be disabled); functional cookies (which remember your language, game preferences, and display settings); and analytics cookies (which collect aggregated usage statistics to help arionpl improve the Platform). arionpl does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You may configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging into your arionpl account. Browser cookie settings are typically found under Privacy or Security settings in your browser's preferences.
arionpl implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include: 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and arionpl servers; encryption of sensitive data fields at rest in arionpl databases; role-based access controls limiting internal data access to authorized personnel with a legitimate operational need; multi-factor authentication for arionpl system access; regular security vulnerability assessments and penetration testing; and incident response procedures aligned with NPC breach notification requirements.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to you as a data subject, arionpl will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected Players within the timeframes required by the Data Privacy Act and NPC regulations.

You have the right to request confirmation of whether arionpl holds personal data about you, and to obtain a copy of that data together with information about how it is being processed.
You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data arionpl holds about you. You may update most profile information directly within your arionpl account settings.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to arionpl's legal and regulatory retention obligations under PAGCOR and AMLA requirements.
You have the right to object to arionpl's processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, though arionpl may demonstrate compelling grounds that override your objection in specific contexts.
You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data you provided to arionpl in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, where processing is based on contract or consent and carried out by automated means.
If you believe arionpl has processed your personal data in violation of the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines at privacy.gov.ph.
To exercise any of the above rights, submit a written request to arionpl's Data Protection Officer at the contact details in Section 13. arionpl will respond within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a verifiable request.
The arionpl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9287. arionpl does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If arionpl discovers that personal data has been collected from a minor, the relevant account will be immediately closed, balances forfeited, and the data deleted subject to any applicable regulatory obligations.

arionpl's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. Where personal data is processed by third-party service providers whose systems are located outside the Philippines (such as global game providers or cloud infrastructure services), arionpl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual data protection clauses that provide a level of protection equivalent to the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
arionpl does not transfer personal data to countries that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing appropriate contractual safeguards approved by the National Privacy Commission.
arionpl may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulations. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number or email, at least seven (7) days prior to the revised Policy taking effect.
The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version became operative. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the arionpl Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
