You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines to open and use an arionpl account. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform.
Each player may hold only one arionpl account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balances associated with the duplicate registration.
All transactions on arionpl — deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings — are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). No foreign currency conversions are applied.
arionpl operates under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities are subject to PAGCOR oversight and applicable Philippine law.
Important Notice: By registering an account or accessing any part of the arionpl platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the arionpl platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and arionpl.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between arionpl ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the arionpl online gaming platform available at arionpl.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").
Your use of the Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with arionpl's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, any applicable bonus terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and arionpl.
arionpl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Access to and use of the arionpl Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:
21+ Age Restriction: arionpl strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Providing false information regarding your age during registration is a serious violation of these Terms, Philippine law, and PAGCOR regulations. Any account found to have been opened by a minor will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
To access real-money gaming features on arionpl, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO).
arionpl operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations imposed by PAGCOR and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at registration or prior to processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes, but is not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate, UMID, PhilSys National ID, Passport, or Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. arionpl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify arionpl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
All financial transactions on the arionpl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). arionpl supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and UnionBank Online. Supported payment methods may change at arionpl's discretion.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and may vary by payment method. arionpl does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees, which are your sole responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. arionpl will process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to any applicable security holds, fraud review periods, or AMLA reporting obligations. arionpl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain threshold amounts in compliance with applicable regulations.
Funds deposited into your arionpl account are held for gaming purposes only. arionpl is not a bank or financial institution, and your arionpl balance does not earn interest. In the event of Platform closure, available balances in verified accounts will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.
arionpl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms prevail with respect to that bonus.
Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. arionpl reserves the right to withhold or void bonus credits if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has attempted to abuse, manipulate, or exploit any promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play with other accounts.
arionpl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have not been claimed or activated within the specified validity period will expire automatically.
All games available on the arionpl Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface itself. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. arionpl is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
All live casino games at arionpl are streamed in real time from certified gaming studios. In the event of a technical interruption during a live game session, arionpl will attempt to resolve the outcome using available server-side game logs. Where resolution is impossible due to technical failure, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account.
arionpl's Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and statistical compliance. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

All content on the arionpl Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive intellectual property of arionpl or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the arionpl Platform without prior written authorization from arionpl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arionpl, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or damage to devices used to access the Platform.
arionpl does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or network disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. arionpl's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
arionpl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes; PAGCOR instruction or applicable law enforcement order; or the Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their last registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and applicable regulatory holding periods.
arionpl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as well as PAGCOR's data governance requirements. Full details of how arionpl handles your personal data, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights are set out in the arionpl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and arionpl, you must first contact arionpl's customer support at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism or to the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
arionpl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Minor clarifications or corrections may take effect immediately upon publication.
The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the arionpl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
